These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Voona mobile application and the website voona.app (together, the "Service"), operated by Leanid Liabetski (sole proprietor). Contact: contact@voona.app.

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. WHO CAN USE VOONA

You must be at least 16 years old to use Voona. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. YOUR ACCOUNT

You sign in with your Apple or Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to your device and account secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at contact@voona.app if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING

- Voona offers auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly, monthly or annual) purchased through the Apple App Store. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.

- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

- Payment is processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple — see our Refund Policy.

- We may change subscription prices; changes apply to future billing periods and Apple will notify you as required.

4. LICENSE

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Voona for your own non-commercial fitness purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of the Service, or use it to build a competing product.

5. HEALTH AND SAFETY DISCLAIMER

Voona provides general fitness and nutrition information generated in part by artificial intelligence. It is NOT medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

- Consult a physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are new to training.

- Exercise involves inherent risk of injury. You use workout plans at your own risk and should train within your abilities.

- Calorie counts, portion estimates and AI-generated recommendations may be inaccurate. Do not rely on them for medical decisions.

- Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume full responsibility for your training and nutrition decisions.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

- use the Service for any unlawful purpose;

- choose a display name that is offensive, misleading or impersonates another person (display names are visible on the public leaderboard);

- manipulate or attempt to manipulate scores, leaderboards or other competitive features;

- probe, disrupt or overload our infrastructure, or attempt to access other users' data;

- upload content that is illegal, infringing or harmful.

We may remove content, reset scores, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. TRAINER–CLIENT FEATURES

Voona lets independent trainers connect with their clients. Trainers are not our employees or agents; Voona is a platform only.

- A trainer gains access to a client's data only after the client accepts an invite, and the client can revoke access at any time.

- Trainers must use client data solely for coaching that client and in compliance with applicable data protection law.

- Any coaching agreement, payment or dispute between a trainer and a client is strictly between them. We are not a party to it and accept no liability for trainers' services.

8. YOUR CONTENT

You keep ownership of the content you add to Voona (photos, entries, messages). You grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to operate the Service for you (for example, analysing your meal photo or syncing your data between devices). We do not use your content for advertising and do not sell it.

Feedback board. Posts you publish on the public "Feedback & Ideas" board at voona.app are visible to anyone on the internet, together with your display name and profile photo. By posting you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display the post publicly and to use the ideas in it for developing the Service, without any obligation or compensation. We may moderate the board at our discretion: change a post's status, hide or remove posts, and restrict accounts that violate section 6 or applicable law. To have your post removed, contact us at contact@voona.app.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service, including its design, code, branding and content we created, is our property and is protected by law. "Voona" and the Voona logo may not be used without our written permission.

10. TERMINATION

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (Profile → Settings → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, with notice where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (disclaimers, limitations of liability) survive.

11. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- we make no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose;

- we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, or personal injury arising from your training decisions;

- our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Poland, unless mandatory law grants you a different venue. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
