COMMON QUESTIONS
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by the Apple App Store: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Voona. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com — see our Refund Policy.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, workouts, nutrition history, photos and cloud backups. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I connect my personal trainer?
Ask your trainer to generate an invite code in their Voona app (codes are valid for 5 minutes), then enter it in Profile → Trainer → "Enter trainer's code". You can revoke your trainer's access at any time on the same screen.
How do I hide myself from the leaderboard?
Profile → Settings → toggle "Show me in the leaderboard" off. Your entry disappears immediately.
Why are my calorie numbers estimates?
Food photo analysis and calorie calculations are AI-powered estimates. They're useful for tracking trends, but they are not medical advice — see the disclaimer in our Terms of Service.
The app can't reach Apple Health.
iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Voona, and enable the categories you want to share. You can change this at any time.
