Delete your Voona account

You can delete your Voona account and all associated data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

Open Voona → Profile → Settings → Delete Account → confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email contact@voona.app from the email address of your Voona account with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your profile, workouts, nutrition history, photos, messages, leaderboard entry and cloud backups. This cannot be undone.

What may be kept

Records we are legally required to keep (for example, purchase records for tax purposes), only for the period the law requires. Posts you published on the public feedback board are removed on request — mention them in your email.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions or in your App Store account settings, so you are not charged again.
